Partico is a legal and administrative framework which makes it easier for members to offer services or develop their own projects:

• Employment contract: Once you are member of Partico and successfully integrated in an agency or project team, you will get an open-ended employment contract. Your salary will nevertheless depend on the projects you are involved in and the revenue they generate.
• Insurances and social insurances: As an employer, Partico will take care of all the legal obligations such as social insurances, accident insurance, maternity / paternity leave, including tax at source.
• Accounting: Partico will take care of accounting, so that members can concentrate on their projects.
• Teams and hierarchy: As a cooperative, Partico has a clear but dynamic structure and hierarchy.
